United StatesThe dress isn't your typical heavy, stretchy maxi material. It's light and thin so you have to wear a slip under it. The style is cute so my daughter chose to keep it...and we didn't want to have to pay the restocking fee and the shipping to send it back. Hind sight though, I wouldn't have bought it.
